How booking works

  1. 01

    Pick a home and dates. The calendar only lets you choose dates that meet the minimum stay, and the price updates live.

  2. 02

    Send a request. Nothing to pay yet, and owners reply within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    Once accepted, pay the deposit and first period by card or PromptPay.

  4. 04

    Pay month by month after moving in. Stays of three months or more can use a formal lease.

Deposit and cancellation

Cancel within 48 hours of the owner accepting for a full refund. Cancel 30 or more days before move-in and get the deposit and any rent back. Cancel 14 to 29 days before and get half the deposit and any rent back. Within 14 days of move-in the first period is not refunded. The deposit is returned within 7 business days of the move-out inspection.

Demo terms. Final terms are set per home at launch.

Monthly prices, pro-rated honestly

Extra days are charged pro-rata from the monthly rent, never at a nightly premium. Deposit, cleaning and utility estimates are listed up front.

For stays of three months or more, a formal lease can be signed separately.

Skyidea Stay offers mid and long stays by the month only (minimums vary by city; Bangkok condominiums are 30 nights or more). No nightly or weekly rentals.
